    In todays age of data-driven decision making, the Sr. Business Analyst will serve a key role in analyzing company clinical, financial, and operational performance. This is a highly visible role expected to provide business analytics to all areas of the company. You will work closely with key stakeholders from internal business units, functioning as the lead analyst on multiple concurrent projects, using data to provide actionable information to guide strategic initiatives and decisions.



    • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of managed care principals, analysis concepts, and health care data to support our critical business needs.
    • Elicit and document business user requirements to drive agile development of reporting and analytic solutions.
    • Develop innovative ideas and methods, striving to do things better than they have been done before.
    • Serve as a teacher and mentor on a highly collaborative team.
    • Analyze findings and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis and drilldown.
    • Create partnerships with internal customers to drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making.
    • Support the development of data structures to drive accurate and efficient reporting and analytics.



    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. (A Masters in Public Health, and/or a degree or certification in a Data Science related field is preferred).
    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including in-depth experience in analytics and reporting using health care administrative data sets.
    • Strong knowledge of industry standard schemas and metrics.
    • Ability to exhibit critical thinking and problem solving skills.
    • Solid experience with relational databases, and intermediate or advanced SQL skills.
    • Experience with a Business Intelligence tool such as Tableau and strong Excel skills.
    • Experience using varied statistical methods and knowledge of Python or R a plus.
    • Ability to forge relationships with business partners, and skill at eliciting business problems and requirements.
    • Excellent proven communication skills; ability to formulate and communicate data process, findings and recommendations.
    • Prior experience in Government Health Programs e.g. Medicare/Medicaid preferred.
