The Marketing & Communications team serves as the internal ad-agency for San Francisco Health Plan. We are responsible for the development of all state mandated member and provider communications for the Medi-Cal, Healthy Workers HMO and Healthy Kids HMO programs. The Marketing Department is also responsible for all the marketing and communications needs for the Healthy San Francisco and SF City Option programs. In addition, we work collaboratively with all areas of SFHP to develop member, provider and internal employee communications and collateral.
At a high level, this role will task you with:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Webmaster Responsibilities - Work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing Account Managers and creative team, as well as cross functional groups to coordinate the timely development and delivery of public websites and the company intranet, providing oversight of content management and tracking of usage trends. As the webmaster for multiple websites for all lines of business, you will create new sites, enahncements and/or additions to existing sites. You will be the lead web designer for SFHP’s internal and external web sites.
Technical support- Work with the Marketing Account team and creative team to create and maintain organization software customization specific to Marketing, such as SharePoint, Wordpress, and Clarizen. You will run point for reviewing online approaches, creative strategies, and web optimization of online marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization and media advertising.
Reporting-Maintain records and regular written reports, which includes compiling and filing records and documents to support assigned projects, website, SharePoint and internet usage trends and statistics.
Social Media & Online Advertising -Provide oversight of all interactive marketing projects, such as the set-up and delivery of automated call programs, online or digital newsletters, social media efforts, e-mail campaigns, online advertising and text message initiatives, including the set-up and reporting of analytics for each.
External Services-Collaborate with, and direct external contractors, vendors and internal staff to create SFHP websites, electronic materials and communication like, email, newsletters that include web or online based services, automated phone messages and surveys.
Video and Audio- Record and edit all internal voice messages for phone trees in threshold languages and prepares files for ITS upload. Record and edit video needs with live film and exported videos for training.
Serve as a liaison to our ITS department to help the Marketing Team communicate and satisfy data and other technical matters for reporting and member mailing/e-mail lists for all lines of business.
Vendor Management - Coordinate with vendors for annual contract renewal and source new vendors as needed. Foster ongoing or new relationships to order ad hoc, new or ongoing services. Conduct ongoing reporting on vendors including job tracking, cost and inventory.
